SMS Consent Notice
Last updated October 18, 2026
This is the consent notice shown to each parent or guardian when they first sign in to Zennifi Bus. Consent is recorded with a timestamp and the version of this notice accepted. Because this screen normally appears only after a guardian signs in, the form below is a faithful, read-only preview of that screen, not a live submission form.
What you are agreeing to
By checking the box below and continuing, a guardian agrees to receive text messages about their enrolled child's bus ridership from Zennifi Bus at the mobile number they provide, including daily ridership reminders, bus departure and arrival notices, boarding confirmations, delay alerts, and notification if a child is not accounted for at departure.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with how many children a guardian has enrolled and whether a disruption occurs, and is typically a few messages per school day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your number is never shared or sold
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected through Zennifi Bus are never shared with or sold to any third party for marketing, and are never sold to anyone for any purpose. The only outside party that handles your number is the messaging provider that delivers the text on our instructions. Stopping text messages does not remove your child from the bus: replying STOP ends SMS delivery to that number and nothing else, and your child keeps their seat, their stop, and their place on the roster.
This notice covers text messages only
Agreeing here is consent to receive text messages. It is separate from the notice a guardian is shown about what the service collects regarding their child, including the optional roster photograph and any safety photo a bus monitor takes. That notice, and how long each thing is kept, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
See our Privacy Policy.
Preview of the consent screen
The controls below are rendered disabled on purpose. This page is a published copy of the on-screen wording, not a working sign-up form; consent is only ever captured inside the signed-in app.
How consent is recorded
When a guardian checks the box and submits this screen inside the signed-in application, Zennifi Bus records the date and time of consent along with the version of this notice that was shown and accepted. A guardian can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us as described in our Privacy Policy.
